I'm glad you're here! If you know me, you know I'm a Texas girl born & raised-- in the 70's when the music was great, the hair was big, the clothes were funky and the days were simple. I LOVE the sun and all things outdoors; biking, skiing, walks with Sadie (my Goldendoodle-- more about her later)... on a beach or in the mountains. Tacos, chips & salsa, diet coke and sweet time spent on the Front Porch is Texas heaven to me. When I'm outdoors my heart is connected with God. His spirit feels so alive in nature and that's what my heart longs for daily. I've done a lot of life on my Front Porch and have always said, "if that Front Porch could talk, oh the stories it would tell". Stories that are a mix of sweet and salty and alot of messy but most are how Jesus met me there everyday working miracles in and around me that I couldn't see. Many of us love a cup of coffee. It soothes and comforts, and often becomes a lifeline for survival. Coffee Counseling offers something similar... a safe, comfortable, lifeline to talk about difficult things. I offer online and in-person private counseling/coaching for... abortion healing, abuse healing, divorce recovery, nutritional health & wellness, and surviving menopause. If you struggle to move forward and feel stuck, let's talk! I would love to hear your story.

Abortion hurts! And it's not just the abortion procedure that is traumatic but it is the circumstances and relationships that led you to an abortion decision or forced you into abortion that often goes unrealized and unspoken and creates long-term pain. The common thread that runs through every abortion story is the unexpected grief, loss, and anger experienced afterward. Fear and survival drove your decision, shame stuffed it deep inside, and your heart was left to carry a heavy secret burden... alone. I know this story because it is my story too! Women who have gone through healing will be the first to tell you that sharing your story in a safe place is the first step to healing the hurt inside.
If you would like to be part of a group of compassionate and supportive women who relate, this group is for you. Healing often comes through relationships with others who have walked the same road and know the depth of pain and the extravagant love and compassion needed to move into healing.
